KV Optim 600

Twine with linear density of 1700 tex is produced under the brand name KV Optim 600. The main field of application - haypressing on roll-type balers.

Distinctive features of the KV Optim 600 twine:

  • High tensile strength
  • Efficiency
  • Guaranteed weight and length in each package
  • The use of 1700 tex twine in agricultural sector is more efficient compared to 2000 and 2200 tex twine, because with it the specific consumption of yarn per one package of hay (straw) will be lowered by 1,2 times.

KV Max+ 130

JSC KAMENSKVOLOKNO produces new KV MAX+ 130 twine with linear density of 7700 tex since 2012.

This type of twine is designed for use with new imported baling machines. This strong and elastic yarn is very suitable for packaging of heavy hay/straw bales with pressed density of 40-70%. Due to the excellent properties the new twine doesn't damage the knotters and other mountings and fittings on baling machine. This helps to reduce wear of the details and extend their service life.

Greenhouse twine

Twisted yarn with linear density of 750, 1000, 1200, 1600 and 1900 tex, light-stabilized, dyed and undyed is used in greenhouse facilities. Under field-conditions with high UV level light-stabilized yarn retains its mechanical properties throughout a year. The yarn is cross-winded into cylindrical tubeless bobbins with weight of 4.5-6.0 kg.

PP BCF yarn

Polypropylene texturized air entangled yarn is made on Neumaq/Saurer equipment (Germany).

PP BCF yarn is used in the production of carpets and cords (as braid and core), textile tapes, carpeting overlock.

High-strength technical cords

High-strength technical cords with diameter of 2, 3 and 4 mm are made from aramid technical yarn with nominal linear density of 29,4 tex, 58,8 tex and 100 tex. They can be used as load-carrying elements, parachute lines, in the production of fishing gear, mountaineering equipment.
